Quincy Hancock Street project not American with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) compliant?
As documented by exclusive Quincy Quarry photography, what one can only properly assume are ADA-mandatory disabled ramps have inexplicably been cordoned off since at least Friday and so making things even more difficult yet for the disabled to travel the now also increasingly mean local sidewalks in at least Quincy Center.

Disabled denied access?
A Quincy Quarry News photo

Quincy Quarry did not bother reaching out to city officials to find out why these ramps – needed given the city’s running late and way over budget City Hall renovation project and underground water supply cistern for three water features for Mayor Koch’s as yet unfunded upwards of $30 million dollar acre and half dream theme park in front of City Hall – were cordoned off as City Hall officials do not work weekends as well as are rarely forthcoming during their workweek.
As key Quincy Quarry staff members are disabled, this manner of potentially arguable discrimination against their disabled brethren will be monitored closely as well as duly reported to the Massachusetts Office on Disability if city officials do not in the wake of this latest Quincy Quarry exposé duly assure a prompt resolution to this latest apparent Q-up in the Q.
