I’m wondering if Quincy City Hall Secretly has this dude on the payroll.  Who buys a $100,000 car and paints it like a police car?  Just to get arrested by the Quincy Keystone Cops for all your trouble?  Then get the charges tossed?
QUINCY, Mass. — A Massachusetts man charged with impersonating a police officer for driving a Maserati that resembled a police cruiser is off the hook.
The Patriot Ledger  reports that a clerk magistrate in Quincy District Court on Thursday dismissed the charge, saying 23-year-old Zhang Zhijun, of Braintree, hadn’t taken any actions such as pulling over other drivers or pretending to be an officer.
