While Quincy Mayor Thomas Koch keeps trying to dig his way out of holes of his own digging, such as talking up the importance of Quincy Center needing “heroic” statutes for his grandiose and at last report $30 million plans for the proposed Adams Green in front of City Hall – so what if no funding for the green is on the horizon, Quincy Center already has a considerably more than life size statute of a true giant.
