Quincy Quarry Weekly Fish Wrap: Spring Fever?
Even by New England’s mercurial standards, things meteorological warmed up over last weekend such that many people were wearing shorts as well as that some were even playing rounds of winter rules golf.
Plus, pitchers and catchers report for spring training in less than four weeks even if the Boston Red Sox are now unexpectedly scrambling for a new field manager.
While one can only reasonably assume that the Boston Red Sox will likely continue to be facing heat, only time will tell if there will be an offsetting meteorological cold snap in Eastern Massachusetts or if we are looking at even further indications of climate change.
In the meanwhile, don’t put your snow shovels away just yet.
Speaking of heat, Quincy Quarry continues to exposé both curious doings as well as non-doings at the new $46 million Hancock Garage in Quincy Center, including arguable indications that perhaps the Koch Maladministration may be reacting to the Quarry’s recent exposés on arguable shortcomings with the new garage’s arguably unfinished all-inclusive features.
Then again, even a broken clock is right twice a day or perhaps what hasn’t yet happened is but punch list work-related.
In the meanwhile – as well as amazingly so, there were no new grandiose as well as all but invariably ever more expensive plans rolled out by the Koch Maladministration this past week.
Accordingly, both the hard-bitten as well as heavily drinking Quincy Quarry newsroom and its ever growing legions of loyal readers can only properly expect more of the same soon enough.
After all, Quincy Quarry is always working ongoing investigations of the maladministration’s questionable activities and their likely end results – for example, Chapter 9.
Plus, the pickin’s are as easy as those at closing time at Hoffie’s even if they are conversely wicked expensive for local taxpayers.
