Quincy Quarry considered reaching out to Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey for comment.

For example, as regard the possibility of legal action filed against the malefactor(s) at the Merit Rating Board.

No comment, however, is only to be expected as the Attorney General is a member of specially designed three person oversight board of the Merit Rating Board

As such, among other likelihoods, she is looking at having to recuse herself, if not also facing at least negligence allegations as the oversight board had not meet any sooner than 2015 before it finally meet late last month to fire the Director of the Merit Rating Board.
