Zebras escape and then run amok in a suburban Texas city.
Yesterday two zebras broke out of confinement and ran loose in New Braunfels, a small city near San Antonio TX.
As zebras sport prison strips, one of the zebras was relatively quickly spotted, cornered, tranquilized and then airlifted back into confinement without any untoward incidences of consequence.
The other zebra, however, has yet to be spotted, much less captured.
UPDATE: The zebra was safely tranquilized and carefully recovered. The zebra got loose by swimming across the Guadalupe River. ??PLOT TWIST: There's a second zebra that also escaped at that time and remains missing. If you spot a zebra…call NBPD at 830-221-4100. ??
