Quincy Police issue Twitter parking warning!
Granted, we all know that parking is Quincy is an endemic problem, however, this crooked SUV parker ill-parked her or his ride on a wide open street requiring at most but minimal parallel parking skills.
Even so, the Quincy Police Department not issuing a well-warranted parking violation citation is at least partially the result of the fact that the parking enforcement in Quincy has inexplicably assigned to the wholly independent as well as most awkwardly named Traffic, Parking, Alarm and Lighting Department.
So what, however, for the fact that this new department has done precious little to address traffic and parking probems in Quincy.
Residents: We’re out enforcing traffic violations that concern you…
Yes, that vehicle is PARKED! Owner strongly advised.

Even so, the Quincy Police Department not issuing a well-warranted parking violation citation is at least partially the result of the fact that the parking enforcement in Quincy has inexplicably assigned to the wholly independent as well as most awkwardly named Traffic, Parking, Alarm and Lighting Department which, in turn, has done precious little to address traffic and parking probems in Quincy.
Then again, this is far from the first time, or even but the second time, much merely just a third time or even just no more than just the fourth time that Quincy Quarry has found problems with how Quincy Parking Control officers as well as city employees themselves are not exactly aces at either parallel parking or legally parking either.
Also inexplicable is how Quincy’s parking enforcement meter men still wear shoulder patches which assert that they are a part of the Quincy Police Department.
Then again, what’s another Q-up in the Q?
Traffic, Alarm. Parkimg and Lighting? I’m alarmed indeed.
It just gets worse and worse.
