Americans are hypochondriacs, yet we skip our checkups.  We demand drugs we don’t need, and fail to take the ones we do.  We also don’t take our doctors advice to eat better, get some exercise and so on.  No wonder the U.S. leads the world in per capita healthcare spending.

But Melania, Big Macs have lettuce in them and I only weigh 236 pounds.
