Prosecutors intend to eventually make Robert Kraft video public, but a judge blocks immediate release.

 

The Patriots owner filed a motion to oppose the release of a video in his prostitution case.

While his motion was denied Wednesday, an order will be entered barring the state from releasing the video until an April 29 hearing involving the operator of the now infamous massage parlor of ill repute in Jupiter Florida.

 

In turn, Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg’s office said in court papers it is obligated under Florida law to provide the video to the public and the media now and cannot wait for a judge to decide whether it should be kept under seal while Lei Wang is prosecuted as the alleged manager of the Orchids of Asia Spa in Jupiter, Florida.
