FoxRock proposes hotel, housing and medical offices in the works for Quincy Center.

FoxRock Properties, the developer had picked by the Koch Maladministration to redevelop former Ross parking garage in the heart of Quincy Center, has floated its plans.

A rendering provided by FoxRock Properties on Monday shows a nine-story building flanked by two smaller buildings that would house a hotel and apartments, respectively.

At the same time, FoxRock said details including the actual height and appearance of the buildings have not yet been finalized.

Further, FoxRock did not offer specifics on what kind of medical services might be housed in its Quincy Center buildings but that it would provide answers before company and the City of Quincy might reach a final agreement.

In other words, the Koch Maladministration appears to be yet again planning to slip the banana to both local residents and taxpayers as Team Koch takes care of favored special interests.

That and how whatever might actually someday be build will be proof positive that Mayor Koch has completely disregarded previous plans to revitalize Quincy Center based on public input as to what best to do with local public assets into something he feel works best for his interests.
