While the rest of the country is still trying to make sense of last week’s election results, Quincy’s City Hall has shown itself incapable of taking care of even merely but pennies after spending tens of millions to date on Kim Jong Koch Plaza in front of Quincy’s City Hall.

Will the same old same old ever cease?

It is also only fair to further note that the Koch Maladministration is far more interested in securing far more substantial gratuities that leave no trail.

In short, the time honored as well as actual “Quincy Way!”

And as arguable abuses of power and influence, a Plymouth County Commissioner dodged criminal charges in Quincy District Court for allegedly sucker punching a senior citizen after apparently continuing to drink heavily at the local Elks Club following Quincy’s sorry excuse for a St. Patrick’s Day roast which has been long hosted at this very same venue and which is known for liquored up patronage by its membership.

Apparently, a pre-court hearing envelope sort of settlement is rumored to have been provided to the victim and was thus key to securing a favorable outcomes for both the accused and the victim.

Additionally, a senior Koch Maladministration official was able to see various substantial moving violation citations over a case of what appears to be do you know I am road rage.

Even so, an apology was apparently accepted and hands then shaken behind closed doors.
