In its revised filings, NOAA is seeking to increases monetary penalties imposed upon the Codfaher from $983,528.00 to $3,356,269.00 as well as revoke both forty-two of his federal fishing permits and the operator permits for 19 of Rafael’s former fishing vessel ship captains.
