More so than New York.  More so than California.

Not even über Vermont can’t touch the Bay State.

 

The American Conservative Union has put out its latest ratings of all 50 states, and the Massachusetts Legislature came out the absolute worst when it comes to fiscal and social conservatism. 

 

Dead last.

 

That and for the third year in a row.

 

Quincy Quarry blames Harvard, with assists from Brandeis and Wellesley.
