In the latest display of free spending of taxpayers’ hard-earned money by the Koch Maladministration, rows of expensive twenty to twenty-five foot trees have been planted in front of City Hill as, well, arguably protective camouflage.

As if the many years of ongoing construction in and around City Hall haven’t made it hard enough to access City Hall.

Especially the elderly as well as others also less able to readily move about.

Parking continues to disappear in Quincy Center

And adding insult to grievous as well as expensive injury, the partial demolition of the adjacent Quincy Center MBTA station’s long condemned and thus closed garage continues as well as inconveniently so for public transit patrons.

That and how the T is not planning to replace any of the parking it once provided to commuters.

Ironically, however, other than for seniors and others less able, inconvenience for strap hangers and bus riders hasn’t worsened all that appreciably.
