Michael Cohen’s attorneys want a restraining order against Michael Avenatti, the lawyer representing Stormy Daniels and who is suing Cohen and President Trump for defamation on her behalf.

The crux of Cohen’s attorneys’ brief is that Stormy’s attorney’s frequent and high profile media coverage is making it unlikely that Cohen can enjoy a fair trial.
