Quincy Department of Public Works apparently cannot even manage to paint on the line.
While out and about the every increasingly mean streets of Quincy, Quincy Quarry personal stumbled upon a spring cleaning spring painting Q-up.
While specialized painting equipment should make painting a new line on an old line reasonably likely, city workers apparently cannot manage to even paint close to on the line.
Needless to say, Quincy Quarry personnel will henceforth be monitoring spring painting of local crosswalks.

What the hell, though … no one pays much attention to the lines painted on the roads anyway. Keep in mind, this IS the Q. And the center lines on some streets have essentially, completely, disappeared since the last painting job — with no repainting in sight.
It certainly costs a lot of taxpayer dollars to have the city ignore basic public safety features.
Another example how crooked Quincy is!
