The top 15 Democratic presidential hopefuls for 2020.

The Washington Post has published its ranking of what is views as the top 15 likely season contenders.

Granted, the 2020 presidential election is over two and half years away, but possible contenders have to soon be staging their bids as unfortunately presidential campaigns run all but interminably.

The good news: Oprah Winfrey is ranked fourteenth.

Then again, after plenty of conflicting signals, Oprah says she’s out.

She said running isn’t in her “spirit” or her “DNA”

Even so, people’s minds do change.

Plus, if she ran, she would have an instant base (Note: her previous ranking was 11).

The better news for President Trump is that the thirteen higher ranked current possible contenders are variously so-so, ranging from retreads to not exactly compelling and/or all that proven.

Then again, the bar was reset in the last presidential election.

At this point, Quincy Quarry is of a mind that the eventual Democratic nominee will likely not be someone in the Washington Post’s current top ten.

The Quarry is also of a mind that not even the Democrats will let Hillary Clinton anywhere near its 2020 state primaries.
