The Source of the “Crisis Actor” conspiracy theory is, well, bogus.

 

Victims of the Parkland Florida school shooting have been baselessly accused of being paid actors, no thanks to a series of conspiracy theory bloggers in the wake of the Sandy Hook elementary school massacre.

 

How this happened was ultimately via a dark – if not also at times intentional – variation on “The Telephone Game“

 

Once there were only three kinds of lies: lies, damned lies, and statistics.
Now, however, there are also Fake News AND social media.
