A second woman has accused Minnesota Democratic United States Senator Al Franken of inappropriate touching.
She said it occurred when she posed with Franken while she was working a booth at a Minnesota fair.
“(He) “pulled me in really close, like awkward close, and as my husband took the picture, he put his hand full-fledged on my rear. It was wrapped tightly around my butt cheek.”
How to score this latest development with previous similar ones is gobsmacking, if not also ultimately impossible.
For example, this alleged groping is said to have occurred after Franken had been elected to the United States Senate in 2008.
Additionally, there are various sorts of corroboration of his second alleged inappropriate groping, including purportedly contemporaneous social media.
Conversely, comparable accusations against Donald Trump as well as videoed claims by him of his doing so were known to the public before he was elected President of the United States a year ago in spite of his behavior.
That and how at least a handful of accusations against the Republican candidate in a special election to fill an empty Alabama Senate seat and which date back almost forty years ago as well as involve girls half his age or less even back then.
Further problematic, this candidate was twice removed from the Alabama State Supreme Court as well as banned for life from ever returning to a seat on this court or entering an Alabama shopping mall.
One would think that just the immediately preceding alone would disqualify him from serious consideration for a United States Senate seat, but apparently not.
Regardless, one can only reasonably expect even more tweets from the White House, even if only about some of all of the above.
