Baker Administration investigating scrubbed State Police arrest report allegations.

The Baker administration has launched an internal investigation into allegations made by a state trooper that his State Police superiors both disciplined him as well as made him revise an arrest report for a young woman who was found in possession of a heroin kit and charged with operating under the influence of drugs.

The young women is the daughter of a State of Massachusetts trial court judge.

Details that were reportedly removed from the arrest report include the daughter’s reference to her father’s profession and alleged statements by her that she both would perform sexual acts for leniency as well as had performed such acts to obtain drugs.

The Boston Globe published a detailed accounting of the situation this week after questions were raised about the arrest report by a local blog.

The Boston Herald reported Thursday that Attorney General Maura Healey’s office is also investigating.
