At this point, at least one bid is rumored and – yes – yet again is for building mostly even more premium rent apartments for transient commuters looking for a crib.

That and how this rumored bid is also rumored to be from one of the usual suspects.

So what, apparently, for the fact that there are clear indications that a number of commuter residents are fleeing at least a certain new Quincy Center large apartment project as well as also the Q for reasons ranging from concerns about personal safety to boredom to being fed up over the over-hyped restaurants scene in Quincy Center.

Regardless, expect Quincy Quarry to report on this and other developments as only the Quarry has the stones to report.
