Weymouth’s Union Point seeks to land Amazon’s second headquarters.

 

Union Point, formerly known as Southfield as well as long know to be troubled during the tenure of its previous owners, is among the latest large scale real estate project to announce its interest in joining the international feeding frenzy to provide Amazon with the most gazillions of incentives to be chosen as the location of a second Amazon Headquarters and so-called HQ2.

 

While Quincy Quarry staffers are still scratching their heads over the oxymoronic, if not also imbecilic, notion of two corporate headquarters, it has still managed to secure some hints of what Quincy might be soon proposing to offer Amazon to locate its HQ2 in the Q.

As such, Quincy Quarry’s ever-growing legions of loyal readers can expect to soon see a Quarry story, if not also yet another exposé, of what may be in Quincy’s future as the Koch Maladministration continues to try see its so for glacially slow-moving plans for a New Quincy Center actually amount to something of at least perhaps some plausible consequence.
