Boston mayor close to action over sexual harassment complaint against Chief of Health and Human Services.
After weeks of silence as to why City of Boston’s Chief of Health and Human Services Felix G. Arroyo had been suspended with pay almost a month ago, word finally hit the fan as to why.
Asked on Wednesday when action might taken, Boston Mayor Marty Walsh replied, “I don’t know when it will be done, but hopefully shortly.”
Unaddressed by Mayor Marty Walsh, however, is that he and others were also named in the complaint filed by a female City of Boston employee alleging sexual harassment, retaliation on the basis of her sex and gender, and a hostile workplace.
Actions alleged by currently suspended City of Boston Chief of Health and Human Services Felix G. Arroyo include groping and spanking as well as his alleged sexual harassment dates back to 2015.
