Covfefe is now something that actually exists.

Today Democratic Representative Mike Quigley of Illinois introduced the COVFEFE Act for consideration by Congress.

The “Communications Over Various Feeds Electronically for Engagement” Act ( or “COVFEFE Act”) proposes to alter the existing Presidential Records Act to ensure anything that falls under the term “social media” would be eligible to be documented and archived.

A fragrance for a certain sort of men …
A Twitter meme

Although the official @POTUS and White House Twitter accounts have been archived in the past, Trump often tweets from his personal account and something which was not previously been referenced in the Presidential Records Act.

Given the actual enactment of the COVFEVE Act, however, all of those Trump Twitter rants and misspellings would have to be preserved, regardless of whether or not they’re deleted.

“In order to maintain public trust in government, elected officials must answer for what they do and say; this includes 140-character tweets,” said Congressman Quigley.

Obviously, Congressman Quigley has never been to Quincy.
