Quincy Double Dipper Trial Date In Federal Court Set.
The alleged Double and sometimes apparently Triple Police Detail Dipper trial in federal court has been tentatively set for May 30 of this year.
What should prove interesting is if the prosecution can a court order to unseal a currently sealed and so-called “last chance” statement.
While the Quarry obviously has not seen this sealed statement, they are relatively common ways to settle work dispute by agreeing to waive sanctions in a current dispute with the understanding at any further proven misdeeds will result in the signatory’s termination.
So far, the alleged dipper’s dream team defense team has to date not objected to the request by the prosecution to unseal the last chance statement.
At the same time, Quincy Quarry can only assume that certain senior City of Quincy officials are not likely to be happy if the currently sealed letter is unsealed and then put to use at trial.
In any and all events, the growing legions of loyal Quincy Quarry readers can count on the Quarry covering the trial as only it has the stones to do.
