Courtesy of one among the growing legion of Quincy Quarry Citizen Smartphone Photojournalists, Quincy Quarry is able to yet again report about how bad both parking and trafficking have become in Quincy Center in the wake of the condemnation and closing of the Quincy Center MBTA parking garage and the more recent demolition of the Ross Garage.

So desperate, apparently, was one driver that he – or perhaps she – opted to both park on the wrong side of the street AND in a no parking area on one of the ever increasingly congested as well as mean streets of the Q.

That and the QQ Smartphone Photojournalist did not see the illegally parked truck cited with a parking ticket while the photojournalist was picking up a takeout order of tasty Roast Beef sandwiches at Brothers Roast Beef, the best sandwich shop provider of roast beef sandwiches in the Q.
