Quincy Mayor Koch challenging his latest loss in court
Courtesy of Quincy Quarry sources both high but mostly low, it is able to apparently be the first to break the news that the Koch Maladministration has petitioned Superior Court Court Judge Rosalind Miller to reconsider her ruling that William Harris is to be sworn in as the new Ward 6 City Councillor.
The motion hearing on this request is set for today at 11 AM in the Dedham Superior Courthouse chambers of Judge Miller.
Given that Judge Miller’s ruling was an utterly proper read of both applicable local ordinances and this particular set of circumstances, one can only properly assume that this “Hail Mary” manner of motion by the Koch Maladministration will be rejected.

Whether – or not – Judge Miller also orders her court officer to toss the City of Quincy’s Consiglieri down the front steps of the Dedham Courthouse for wasting even more money as well as especially the court’s time remains to be seen.
Similarly, given Judge Miller’s expected rejection of this motion hearing, it is also uncertain if the Koch Maladministration will still endeavor further sure to also be unsuccessful motions to the appellate court.

It is further unclear at this point if the Koch Maladministration will contemptuously – if not also so in contempt of court – still hold the primary election next Tuesday even if Judge Miller has already ruled that one is not necessary.
Regardless, expect Quincy Quarry to keep its growing legions of loyal readers advised of how the Koch Maladministration all but assuredly continues to Q-up on this latest of its many as well as often expensive for local taxpayers Q-up’s in court.
