– News about Quincy from Quincy Quarry News
Quincy Center’s expensive new traffic light poles are fraught with  problems.
In addition to previous Quincy Quarry previous exposés about missing attachment nuts and bolts as well as also missing wiring access plate covers and then follow up coverage by the Quarry on the jerry-rig use of duct tape to cover over the missing access covers, Quincy Quarry photographic team personnel have now found loose electrical wires and thus potential danger lurking among the expensive new traffic and streetlights along the long ongoing as well as running late Hancock Street Misalignment Project.

Quincy Quarry briefly considered reaching out to City Hall for comment, if not also to complain – but then decided to not bother as the Koch Maladministration has already moved onto promoting its latest hundreds of millions of dollars and arguable scam to yet again attempt to perhaps improve the seemingly hopeless state of Quincy Center.
Regardless, expect the Quarry to continue to expose these latest public safety shortcomings so that at least its growing legions of loyal readers can endeavor to protect themselves from these shortcomings by the short-sighted, if not also short, administration in Quincy’s City Hall.
