Nixon – now more than ever!
In easily one of the most substantive piece written about this Presidential campaign season, Dick Nixon comes out in Politico magazine with “No, Clinton, Cruz and Trump Aren’t Like Richard Nixon” which features deservedly scathing denouncements of those who opine that Hillary, Ted and/or the Donald are Nixonian.

That and how this current slate of The Three Stooges are, well, stooges.

Conversely, there is only one Nixon – as well as love him or more likely hate him, Nixon’s political acumen as well as his impact to this very day in at least post World War II American politics is nonpareil.
Rivaled, perhaps, but not surpassed – not to mention that his history would leave even the Bard gobsmacked for words, much less able develop a script.

And as proof, Dick Nixon lives on via among easily the pithiest Tweets on the modern political scene.

Nixon’s tweets range from quickly offering up comment on the passing of Providence’s rogue former mayor Buddy Cianci shortly after word of Cianci’s death was announced,

Cianci is dead, of course, but at least he will continue to vote.
