Quincy Center parking still scarce except for City Hall hacks.
Parking in Quincy Center, especially along Hancock Street between the still fire-ravaged Quincy Masonic Temple and formerly fire-ravaged City Hall continues to be all but nonexistent.
Granted, the surely running at least somewhat behind schedule Hancock Street misalignment project has surely as well as understandably impacted parking.

Plenty of parking for “FOK’s” first thing in the morning

At the same time – as well as surely but coincidentally, finding parking is not a problem for City Hall employees, other local hacks, long suspected free parking VIP commuters, other Friends of Koch (“FOK”), moneyed special interests, and the rest of the usual suspects.
As such, such privileged patronage parking is thus becoming an ever-increasingly sore point among those who do not have inner circle FOK status.

The parking situation has become so bad that one local restaurant went to the effort as well as expense of pointing out that the FOK patronage parking spaces become available for use for the public an hour and half after City Hall closes.
At the same time, no one within the Koch Maladministration inner circle has yet to explain why the City Hall parking lot is reserved for the exclusive use by FOK’s not only for long after City Hall has closed for the day, but also even longer as many of the FOK’ers have left for the day before City Hall officially closes.
