Quincy Mayor Koch Campaign Social Media Gaffe?
In what is sure to but the first of the latest of a long and considerable history of Q-ups by duly embattled incumbent Quincy Mayor Thomas P. Koch this campaign season, his Koch for Koch website features an apparently colossal layout blunder that could perhaps be even worse than the over spin foisted by the site.

Specifically, his “Our Future” sub page features a picture of the now-fire devastated Quincy Masonic Temple BEFORE the fire as its featured image for this page’s over spun campaign rhetoric.
Given both weekend Quincy Quarry publication deadlines and the fact that Team Koch rarely returns calls ever, much less over a weekend, the Quarry was not able to obtain a comment from any Koch Kampaign Krew senior official on this apparent latest Koch Q-up.

For example whether – or not – this latest Koch Q-up was perhaps the result of using an expensive out of town social media service and then no one on the Koch Kampaign Krew had someone – anyone – check the media service’s work product before it went online.  After all, long ongoing shortcomings on effecting merely but minimal quality control is one of the Koch Maladministration many shortcomings.
Alternatively, might the prominent featuring of the Temple pre-fire might instead be an inadvertent early disclosure that the burned out Masonic Temple has been secretly slated for renovation for use as both a crypt for Koch’s eventual eternal internment as well as a museum for his extensive as well as wide angle mayoral photo op photo collection?
Regardless, expect Quincy Quarry to continue to review both this apparently sloppy social media site for possible additional campaign errata as well as do the same with other local campaign internet sites if and as might be deserved.
