– News about Quincy MA from Quincy Quarry News.
Quincy missing fire hydrants appear to perhaps be experiencing recovery efforts by trusties.
A Quincy Quarry Citizen Journalist reports seeing a sheriff’s department paddy wagon van and roughly eight bright orange-wearing and assumed to be chain gang members working off their sentences laboring to perhaps help find the rusted remains of the many missing Quincy fire hydrants that disappeared during last winter’s barely record setting snowfall and in no way record-setting response by the City of Quincy to clear this snow.

While this alert Citizen Journalist whistleblower knew better than to violate the privacy of the suspected trusties out working on a chain gang by taking their pictures, apparently local corrections officials do not realize that subjecting their charges to at least partially work off their sentences by searching for rusted out remains might constitute a violation of their constitutional rights to not have to suffer cruel and unusual punishment.

As such, expect plaintiff attorneys to soon be chasing paddy wagons in the hope of representing the so-suspected to be unduly oppressed chain gang members.
Also expect Quincy Quarry to continue covering its both first on the scene as well as frequent hard-hitting coverage on the many still missing Quincy fire hydrants and which was later emulated by various Johnny come late media until such time as the missing hydrants are recovered and their hydrant-napers are finally taken to task.
