Quincy streets covered with snow and Police not happy about it

Quincy streets were hit with a modest snowfall last night and a number of Quincy Police officers were not happy about it
In a winter full of Q-up’s by the City of Quincy, events last night hit even lower lows for the long suffering residents of the Q.
Per a Quincy Quarry Citizen Journalist police radio scanner monitor, Quincy Police officers on duty on the increasing mean street of the Q as snow hit the Q before sunset last night were calling in frantically asking where the Q were snow plows and road salting trucks as the snowfall was giving rise to traffic accidents all over the Q.

Traffick monitoring of the police radio scanner further picked up that not only could no one be reached directly at the Department of Public Works to find out what the Q was up, a fed-up police dispatcher was heard announcing at approximately 6 PM last night that plans were in the works to send a police cruiser to the home of Department of Public Works Commissar Dan “Spanky” Raymondi in the hope that something – anything – might be at least attempted to see that snow plows and salting trucks hit the streets.
While the snowfall was entirely consistent with how much as well as when weather forecasters had predicted it would occur, not to mention that it was but a modest snowfall total, the DPW weekend crew was apparently either asleep at the switch or off to as well as plowed at Boston’s St. Patrick’s Day parade.

Other suspected contributing detrimental factors fueling this latest DPW Q-up include that Commissar “Spanky” has purportedly pronounced that overtime work had been proscribed at the DPW after spending over $10 million on snow removal efforts this winter – save, that is, for allowing the apparent and all but unilateral grifting of overtime time to a certain DPW nipster extraordinaire and his select band of enablers to focus on potholes around town in apparent violation of the fair equal opportunity to work and so earn overtime pay clause of the Laborers Local 1139 union contract.
Usual panoply of Q-up’s by the Koch Maladministration notwithstanding, around 9 pm last night, reports started trickling into Quincy Quarry that snow plows and road salters were out on the streets.
At the same time, these same Quincy Quarry Citizen Journalist snow plow monitors reported that road clearing crews appear to have pretty much called it a night after an hour or so of playing in the street with the new snow.

In turn, these reports were at least generally supported after sunrise this morning by Quincy Quarry personnel.
Quincy Quarry conversely did not bothered to reach out to the Koch Maladministration for comment as it has every good reason to assume that the mayor’s inner circle has imposed a gag order upon all city employees in the wake of Department of Public Works Commissar Dan “Spanky” Raymondi’s disastrous as well as disastrously embarrassing interview by a local network television station news reporter over the City’s hopelessly Q-ed up and wicked late temporary one-way street traffic plan.
