– News about Quincy MA from Quincy Quarry News
Quincy Residents take snow in their own hands after the City of Quincy continues to drop the plow during this winter without any obvious end in sight.
While Quincy Quarry would like to claim credit for inspiring these brave souls to take on the snow given the Quarry’s example of hard-hitting Citizen Journalism, the Quarry is far more modest than certain hacks in the City Hall as well as never promulgates over spun spin as do these hacks.
Rather, this taking of snow into these residents’ own hands is more likely simply a matter of no mas by these brave souls in the wake of the poundings of Quincy as snow happens again and again and again and yet again some more tomorrow as well as probably even more thereafter.
In the meanwhile, when an angry mob storms the drifts protecting the conversely well-plowed grifters inside of City Hall or if the electorate instead opts to wait until the upcoming local elections in November remains to be seen.
Whenever the long overdue Day of Reckoning finally hits the fan, Quarry Quincy readers can rest assured that the Quarry will at the forefront of covering the long overdue actual or merely instead only metaphorical tarrings and featherings of those who first dropped the plow during The Blizzard of 2015 and so gave rise to the slide of Quincy into a new Ice Age.

Had the city done even a half-assed job of responding to the first storm there might have been at least a slight chance to recover more readily from the subsequent storms. But as Koch has said, he’d do it all the same way again. Gee, thanks, that’s certainly something to look forward to… what a guy.
