Quincy High snowbound after Ground Hog’s Day Storm

– News about Quincy MA from Quincy Quarry News

Quincy parents fear that school’s out forever as they continue to teeter on the edge given that Quincy’s public schools have been closed for six days and with ever more days closed looking increasingly likely.

Accordingly, some among the local schools’ Parent/Teacher Organizations are calling for the school district to bring in Snowbound Traumatic Stress Disorder clinical expert treatment teams to help local parents avoid “going postal.”

Obvious cries for all but sure to be needed help notwithstanding, Quincy Quarry unfortunately has no reason to suspect that – for example – Quincy Police Chief and surely but coincidentally mayoral brother-in-law Paul “The Beav” Keenan may have any contingency plans in place to respond if any already beyond merely on the edge parents finally go over the edge and into The Heart of Darkness.

In the meanwhile, both Quincy’s City Hall as well as its two employee and VIP parking lots continue to be kept well-cleared of snow 24/7 during the past week of record-breaking snowfall.

At the same time, Quincy Mayor Tom “Cupcakes” Koch continues to be all but MIA – or at least perhaps adrift after a Weekend at Bernie’s.

Quincy Quarry will continue to report on further events as they continue to break badly in the Q.
