Quincy Quarry Gets Partial Result?

Quincy’s library was, for a most unexpected change from past suspect practices, plowed within a reasonable amount of time after the Blizzard of of 2015.
Quincy Quarry was not able to reach anyone at City Hall for comment on this heretofore unprecedentedly timely accomplishment as City Hall was closed today.
Then again, so too was the library.
As such, the Quarry thus cannot claim credit for its past hard hitting coverage on the numerous past incidences of arguable snow jobbing by City workers having any impact on this most unexpectedly prompt snow clearing at the library.

At the same time, however, it is still only proper to report that one key entrance to the library was so widely plowed that roughly half of the cleared area was grassy ground next to walk.
Only time will tell if the also spread salt will damage the mostly weeds that pass as lawn at the library.
Say, come next spring.
In the meanwhile, the City of Quincy has not done anywhere near as good a job clearing the busy sidewalk along the library’s perimeter – and which is the City’s responsibility to clear – while and as it has done clearly with the main entrance way to the lightly trafficked except by developers City Hall.
Expect more breaking badly news as the Q digs out from the Blizzard of 2015.
