| quincy newsThursday marks the 13th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks and it will be marked with solemn remembrances across the country and here in Boston.

At 7:30 at Boston’s Public Garden there will be a wreath-laying ceremony by Mayor Marty Walsh, bagpipers from the Boston Fire Department will play and the Boston Fire Department Quartet will sing God Bless America. This event will also be attended by victims’ families.
