Tired?

Research and data suggests a good night sleep is fundamental to good health as well as that a lack of sleep early in life can raise the risk of heart disease later.

At least so say researchers at the Center for Human Sleep Science at the University of California Berkeley campus.

In fact, Matthew Walker, Director of the Center for Human Sleep Science said on “CBS This Morning” this morning that no matter might ail you, there appears to be a positive curative aid from enjoying both enough as well as good quality sleep.

That and making for a healthy life in general.

Unfortunately, few of us enjoy quality sleep.

Further troubling, even the mere loss of an hour’s sleep when clocks fall back in the fall to standard time likely fuel a 25% increase in heart attacks shortly after this annual time change.
