Quincy handicapped parking continues going down.

This time, however, rather than a reduction in handicapped parking spaces, the problem is crashing down to the ground.

As photographically documented by Quincy Quarry News personnel, a handicapped-only parking sign was recently found knocked to the ground in the City of Quincy parking in front of the city’s Coddington Hall building.

How it was knocked to the ground, however, is currently not known. 

The possibilities include a handicapped driver jumping the curb, someone backing into the sign inadvertently or perhaps parking rage.

Regardless, expect Quincy Quarry to at least monitor this latest parking affront to the disabled.
