After winning two of their final three games to close the 2015 Eastern Football League regular season, the Quincy Militia are playoff bound
On Saturday, October 10, the Militia will travel to Middleboro to take on the Cobras. The kickoff is at 7:30 p.m.
The Cobras finished the regular season just one spot ahead of the Militia in the EFL standings, with a 6-4 record.

Saturday’s game should be a relatively evenly matched battle, although Middleboro has the slight edge as the home team and in momentum, having just finished their season with a 40-0 rout of the Plymouth Rocks.
Quincy lost a hard fought battle to the Taunton Gladiators, 22-19, to close out their own regular season. Before that, however, the Militia had built a two-game winning streak, including also beating the Rocks as well as the Boston Colts since Quincy Quarry last checked in on them during their last home game on August 29.
The Quarry is hoping to make the road trip down to Middleboro to support the Militia, but if we can’t make it to the game, Head Coach Vaughn Driscoll and the Militia will have our full support back in the Q at the QQ HQ.
If we do make it, expect full multimedia coverage and live tweeting, if not, at the very least expect a game recap sometime at the end of the weekend.
Also, if you’re heading towards the Cape this weekend, be sure to plan on stopping in Middleboro on your way  to support the hometown team!
